When we find your dream home we will make an offer. Our team will offer guidance on all the details of the offer and help you make the decisions to get the home at the right price.
Once the offer is accepted by the seller you will enter due diligence. This is when the inspection and appraisal will be scheduled to make sure you are protected and know what repairs will be needed to the home.
Closing day! This is the day papers are signed and you get the keys to the home. We will be there with you to help answer any questions you have on the the contracts.
